I am a fully qualified, British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) trained and registered counsellor and therapist.
I have always loved working with people and after a career in the corporate world of Telecoms I decided to retrain as a person centred counsellor. This means I believe change happens when there is an understanding, accepting and genuine relationship built between us. Alongside my practitioner training I worked as a volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Service and also as a school counsellor. I now experience the humility and privilege it is to use my skills to support a wide range of clients in my current private practice work.

As a person centred, integrative counsellor / therapist. I weave many theories into my practice as no one client is the same., we are all unique.
I enjoy working with adults and young people.,
I am fully DBS checked and insured..
I have a dedicated counselling / therapy room for face to face work with ground floor access and with ample parking near the centre of Witney. I also offer video sessions using zoom or telephone sessions. I can offer a blend of these if that meets your needs better.
As part of my own training and continued development I have also experienced the benefits of personal therapy. I understand how challenging it can be at times as a client. This helps me value the compassion and empathy needed as a therapist to grow our relationship.
Above all what I experienced as a client was how important it was to feel heard and seen.
