It is my goal to provide the support you need and to help you identify your own resources. I provide a confidential space to explore / share your thoughts, which may be difficult to share with friends and family

I specialise in integrative counselling / therapy, calling on person centred therapy, gestalt, transactional analysis and Jungian modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each of my clients.
This may sound daunting from a theoretical perspective. Above all else I believe it is in the therapeutic relationship between you as client and myself as therapist where the healing takes place.
